[BUG][MINOR]

Description

In character setup the character menu may bug and give you the incorrect arms

Steps to reproduce

  1. enter character setup
  2. have a cyborg arm for some reason, even though you selected human arms
  3. attempt to change this, and be stuck on the cyborg arm no matter what you do
  4. Cry

Expected Behavior

I have the correct arms
