Description

Databanks get mounted with no files in them even if the tape came from a databank with files on it

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a Databank on station
  2. Mount the databank
  3. Copy the telesci files on it sys/drvr/s_telepad and sys/srv/teleman (optionally ls /mnt/directory to verify files are there)
  4. Remove the tape from the databank
  5. Make new Databank on Hemera
  6. Remove the tape
  7. Insert the tape with teleman data
  8. Mount the databank and see an empty directory where you mounted

Expected Behavior

For the files to be present on the tape in the new databank
