Characters not saving properly to the Cloud

Description

Cloud Saves are not functioning properly. I have made several changes and deletions, which have returned under the Cloud Saves tab at the start of the next round.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Character Setup
2. Create a new character, or modify an existing Cloud Saved character.
3. Wait for the round to end, then re-open Character Setup > Cloud Saves. Note that new characters will disappear, and modified characters will have their changes reverted.

Expected Behavior

Changes to Cloud Saved characters should be saved as normal, and be able to be retrieved.
