About the PR

Small set of minor Nadir updates.

• Added a hand labeler on a table outside the Chapel so the Chaplain (or nerd dungeon enjoyers) can have one on hand.
• Introduced occupancy signs to most public or semi-public toilet and bath stalls.
• Most toilets now have toilet paper holders.
• The Cafeteria's hall window now has an OPEN sign operated from the kitchen, letting the Chef easily notify people that they're ready to serve food.
• The Radio Lab now has an ON AIR sign, for when you're on air.

Why's this needed?

Rounds out Nadir's map features a bit, mainly for RP purposes.
