About the PR

Title.
Raw shrimp meat can be obtained from butchering shrimps.
You can cook raw shrimp meat in oven for 4 seconds, low to get cooked shrimp meat.

You can use said cooked shrimp meat to make shrimp nigiri rolls.
Just click a rice ball with shrimp meat and you're done!

Why's this needed?

A lot of fish've been added since fishing rework but we barely have any recipes containing certain fish. Some people also wanted to work on shrimp related dishes so people can make even more recipes after this pr gets merged.
