This pr changes up the molitz beta briefcase paper to be both more accurate, and more clinical in nature
Why's this needed?
Currently the paper lies to you plus it overstates molitz betas effectiveness. This should help offer some minor tips to help players along with molitz beta alongside helping the general tone of the paper.
