About the PR
Adds help messages to most complex traitor items which aren't meant to be stealthy.
Why's this needed?
Ease of use is important, and a newer player can't just ask a coworker on how to use a traitor tool for fear of ratting themselves out. Having help messages on most complex traitor items should provide immediate feedback on how to get basic use out of them.
This pr doesn't add help messages to most items which require to be stealthy (i.e. cyborg convertion station, slip and sign, etc...) since one could examine it from afar to identify it as a traitor tool. It also doesn't add it to most very simple items like guns or items which already explain how to use them in the description.
