Adjusts a few map elements on request.

• The Warrens' surgical theatre has had some of its professional-grade medical equipment reclaimed - in its place, a hodgepodge of possibly acceptable substitutes has been introduced, including a lovely table setting and a crate stolen from the warehouse.
• Adjusted positions of the new plasma vending machines; overall complement is now three (one in Security's hangar, one in the sea elevator complex subsurface, and one in the Warehouse).

Why's this needed?

Tunes up some things that needed tuning up.
