Not a fan of this, seems like it will only result in more syndie borgs standing around not helping as they watch a syndicate agent get murdered because they're not technically compelled to. |

About the PR
Removes the inaction clause from the first law of syndicate robots.
Why's this needed?
It can be a bit clunky, and makes the syndicate borg a lot less useful of a servant, considering you could just order him to protect you if you need protection.
