About the PR
The RCD recipes that are in the hidden section of the mining fab have been removed, they have now been added to the engineering manufacturer.
Why's this needed?
Allowing engineers to more easily get their grubby hands on RCDs provided mining has the materials seems good. Also yass wanted the mining fab changes in a pr I did like two years ago.
