About the PR
The PTL is now able to connect to mechcomp devices to read its current output, will display 0 if the beam is not firing.
Didn't include setting the PTL because of potential balance concerns with fully automating the PTL too easily.
(also first attempt touching DM code so if there's a better way to do this please say so)
Why's this needed?
The PTL is usually quite a ways away and it is not always reasonable for people to keep an eye on it as the input fluctuates, this would allow people to read the current output of the PTL using mechcomp in order to track its state more easily. It could also lead players to make more interesting contraptions such as a running count for the crew to admire, or combining it with a singulo as a means to encourage crew to feed it more.
