About the PR
Updates several hat inventory sprites to match their newer, Human Resprite worn states. A few sets such as the wizard and basic hats no longer matched their worn states due to revised palettes during resprite.
This also gives the Safari Hat its own inventory sprite instead of just using the yellow hat, and! I've added new inventory sprites for the Chef hat, Mime Beret and the Head Leaf (the original inventory sprite I'd made was Nice, but it looked awful on AIs and ghost drones, haha...)
Why's this needed?
Consistency between worn and inventory/item states is good.
