About the PR

Merges the Field Medic's saline and epinephrine injectors in to the new cardiac combi-injector.
Merges mannitol and salbutamol injectors in to a new lifesupport combi-injector.
Adds a new bloodloss combi-injector, filled with filgrastim and proconvertin.

Why's this needed?

Simplify and enhance Field Medic abilities, spend less time picking medicine options and more time directly healing. This kit means that at all times the medic is either: healing brute damage, burn damage, bleeding + blood loss or crit.
Or otherwise applying buffs.
