About the PR

Another small batch of fixes and changes, including some to better accomodate new features.

• Did a pass over station intercoms. Most should hopefully now be aligned correctly.
• Realigned the ID card dispenser so it's attached to a wall, not a window, and adjusted some other nearby objects to accommodate.
• Removed a wire that was orphaned with the Armory lobby changes.
• Mining's unloading bay doors are now autoclose.
• Toxins now has a gas cooler loop in addition to the freezer.

Why's this needed?

Further improves Kondaru's refinement and usability.
