A program to identify and read into a spreadsheet Doppler parameters that are "burned into" a DCM file output from a GE Voluson E8 system.

A simple GUI is provided that can either run on a per file basis or loop over many DICOM files and provide a single spreadsheet output.

Prerequisities required

pandas, scikit-image, pydicom, gooey
