Adding Scaling and padding to the Webreader's webtoon mode #266

Added a scaling setting which would include "Original" and "Fit to width" modes.
Added side padding setting similar to Tachiyomi for "Fit to width" mode with up to 40% padding on the sides.

I haven't started a review, I was just looking on my phone but I'm not sure an enum makes sense for the padding percentage, given it's numerical values, a simple array should suffice, with a check for 0 in the display to replace by 'none'.

yeah, update it with the latest commit.

I had added them all for testing and forgot to cap it at 40% after testing as mentioned in discord. Updated this with the last commit as well.

I have pushed a few commits to your branch, trying to break them down as much as I could to explain what each does. The most important one is the one fixing the display if page width and height were not present, which is a very high possibility, as the feature was added very recently, and books analyzed beforehand would not have it. You were setting both at 0 in case of unknown, which would prevent the image to be displayed at all. I changed it to undefined instead, which let the browser pick the right size.

I've also rearrange the shortcuts, but this is more of a side effect of adding settings to the Webtoon reader.

I've reformatted the code and removed the unused import.

This is fine, just one thing needs to be looked at. When setting the ScaleTypeText you are setiing separate ones for the web reader using ContinuousScaleType but the value of width and original in it are the same as ScaleType so it would just replace it.

That's not necessarily a problem. If ever the enum value changes and differ from the other enum, it would still return a value instead of undefined.

I prefer to have it that way instead of the way it was previously, and typescript doesn't allow yet for merging enums, which would be a better solution.
