Fix integer arithmetic on timestamps

Fixes a crash when the network time was requested from the end node

Please note that i had to edit the Dockerfile too in order to "docker build" from github

Thanks for raising this issue.
I cannot merge it because the Dockerfile must reference the original repo, but I have re-done the fix and did commit it to the master.
