Foreign Exchange Rate API

###The service fetches the conversion rate for Euro to any other currency supported by the European Central Bank

##API Documentation

GET Exchange Rates for Euro by date and target currency

Return the conversion rate for Euro to all the currencies for the specified date. The date needs to be in the interval [currentDate - 90days, currentDate]. Otherwise, the service returns 400 Bad Request. The API provides an optional 'targetCurrency' query parameter to filter only the exchange rates of the specified target currency.
