I wasn't aware of the requirements in any other files looking for a I would be willing to convert other text files to markdown if there were an interest in that. |

I was attempting to read the README file, and felt the sudden urge to clean it up a bit.
I didn't change much - a bit of verbiage where I thought it made sense, but is mostly a formatting change.
