autogobble option conflicts with kpsewhich

Hello,

it seems that the autogobble option breaks the ability to look for source files with kpsewhich. To illustrate, unpack the attached zip file, cd to the pdf directory and run

PDFLATEX=lualatex texi2dvi -p --shell-escape -I ../src ../src/test.tex

The compilation fails. Now comment out the call to \setminted in the test file and it compiles correctly.

This should be fixed in the last commit. You can download the new minted.sty and use that for now. I will try to put a new version on CTAN soon, so that the fixed version will be distributed when LaTeX installations update.
