Fix potential deadlock triggered by Android lint task

Context

Adapt a workaround added in Gradle 6.7 to deal with tasks that use a tooling model builder and perform undeclared dependency resolution, so that the workaround works with the changes made in Gradle 6.8.

Also fix serialization of a transformed file dependency to the configuration cache when the file dependency contains a directory.
