Add Kuma datasource plugin v0.0.4

This datasource enables to extract some information from the Kuma control-plane.
It also renders of nodeGraph panel from the status of the mesh.

How to setup:

• Follow the quickstart: https://kuma.io/docs/1.3.0/quickstart/kubernetes/
• As part of kumactl install metrics the kuma datasource is setup.

I've added your plugin to the review queue. We're experiencing an increased backlog of submissions due to vacations so it might take some time before we can start reviewing your submission.

To speed up the process, we'd appreciate if you could provide a Docker Compose file, along with a sample dashboard, that provisions a test environment that we can use for testing.

Thank you for the update! The plugin looks good to me. I'm still awaiting confirmation on the signature level on our end, but once we've set the signature level, you can create a signature and submit another (signed) version of the plugin.
