[Bug] Alert email subjects incorrectly escaped (a.k.a., > shows instead of >) #6905

  • What Grafana version are you using? 4.0.2
  • What datasource are you using? InfluxDB
  • What OS are you running grafana on? Debian Linux Jessie
  • What did you do? Create an alert title with the ">" character in it
  • What was the expected result? For the email subject to have the ">" character in it
  • What happened instead? The email subject had ">" in it

Example subject gone wrong:

[Alerting] High CPU Usage (>90%)

The email body itself, however, is fine.
