What this PR does / why we need it:
Use Alpine Linux as final container layer to mitigate 70 known vulnerabilities.
I understand that this includes glibc from another source, which might not be desirable for everyone. Unfortunately, using debian as a base makes it impossible to mitigate most of the vulnerabilities.
