@malcolmholmes Apparently the docker version is somewhat old on the arm job in your CI (docker
19.03.8and alpinev3.11) and it has a different behavior than docker version 20.x. The error isError response from daemon: Dockerfile parse error line 2: ARG requires exactly one argument. I can't test it with docker 19 or on arm though but I believe this patch should fix the issue.
