What this PR does
I moved the
servicediscoverypackage intodskit: grafana/dskit#469This PR removes the local version of the package and uses
dskitinstead. The only difference between them is the DNS discovery service no longer uses the globalutil_log.Logger, so I'm passing the local loggers when necessary now.Also, not sure if this deserves a changelog entry, let me know.
