Replication Factor > 1 Causes Mostly Partial Traces #119

Raising the replication factor > 1 for several days caused nearly every trace to be partial and some traces to return different results on repeated searches.

  • Code review distribution logic
  • Add unit tests
  • Retry elevated replication factor with vulture metricing
