Code produces three text files

1. Propagator C(k)
2. Propagator C(k,mu) at mu=0.05 and mu=0.95
3. Auto-Power P(k) muktipoles of the reconstructed catalog

prefix to data and random path is set to '/global/project/projectdirs/desi/users/UNIT-BAO-RSD-challenge/Reconstruction/Stage1/'

Add command line arguments
--data : path to data file
--ran : path to randoms file
--b : bias
--Gf : growth factor
--out : prefix for output files
--Yoki : edited this
