1. Need to add includes: [**/*.graphql] to graphql config

2. To add syntax highlighting to this section, we need to wrap it in an identity function gql like
   gql => s = s - should I create an identify and publish it to npm or create it inline? cc @sorenbs

3. Rest of the extension should just work
