early tip suggestions should be opt-in

We should only list people on the Gittip.com homepage that have either claimed their account or said we can list them. I've approached those currently listed, via Twitter. @wycats claimed his account and @antirez said sure. I'm going to give the rest (@torvalds, @jeresig, @ry, @bartaz) a day or two before simply taking them off. I also approached @kennethreitz, @mitsuhiko, @jacobian, and @alex. Hopefully we can list at least three high-ish profile people until we have a bit more velocity, at which point we'll make it dynamic (#24) and the point here in this comment will be moot.

I've asked ten people, five said yes and two said no thanks. I haven't heard back from @torvalds, @ry, or @mitsuhiko. If they show up we can add them but until then I've taken them off the list. 2fdab2d is deployed as 1.0.21. Closing this ticket for now.

Thanks @jtauber! I went with "Pinax lead, Django core dev, etc." so it wasn't too much longer than the others.
