[gateway] Identify the policy which is causing an internal server #1480

When a policy is badly configured or if the policy is not working well (due to a specific request context), the consumer is receiving an internal status error (500).

It would be interesting to track the exception, and add the policy into the logs to be able to have a look from the logs screen
