The "patch" content is not fully displayed for some content. (ex: for review action)

The patch content is correct but to display it we have to select the content of the text box.

Expected Behavior

The patch content should be displayed

Current Behavior

Patch partially displayed

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Enable api review
  2. Ask for a review
  3. go to audit panel
  4. show patch section

  • Version used: 1.30.24
