💥 Describe the bug

Application and IdentityProvider metrics may lose some values.

🌄 To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Create a domain with an app
  2. Create a second domain with an app
  3. check value for gio_apps, the value is one instead of 2
