Describe the bug

If the member count of an application is between 5 and 10, two pages are shown, but no navigation is possible. It seems the paging feature assumes 10 records per page, actually, we have 5 records per page (s. screenshot)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour: 1. go to portal 2. try to add members to an existing application 3. when member count of an application is between 5 and 10, two pages are shown, but no navigation is possible 4. See error
