The OpenAPI schema to close a plan has incorrect response code

Describe the bug :

The API reference documentation for the Close API Plan endpoint incorrectly lists the response status code as 204 when it returns a 200.

Expected behaviour :

The documentation should match the response status of the invoked API.

Current behaviour :

The documentation differs from the actual response.
