Export install countdown time to about:config setting

on line 52 of greasemonkey.jar/content/install.js there is the count down timer number (4) would you be willing to export this to a about:config preference this would allow a user to disable the timer and not have to redo it with every update i am not asking ofr a GUI option in greasemoney just a back end option
