99 Blocking Detection

Check to see if the the applications are even there
If the applications are not there the blocking is not required

Currently checking for Applications in the following folders up to 3 levels deep

/Applications/
/Library/Internet Plugins/
/Library/Applications Support/
~/Applications/
~/Library/Applications Support/
/Users/Shared
