Further fixes and clean up for Geode v3 Calcite

Calcite is a new model of Geode.
Based on being minimal, but still functional.
Better utilities, new snippets, functional blocks, cleaner

With the calcite version, grunt has been removed from the development workflow.
Grunt will be returning as a production-time build workflow.

The style guide has also been removed. This was a half baked feature of the previous versions.
A new style guide will be developed in a future version of Geode.

The photoshop compositions for startup images, icons, graph images, and style tiles have been removed.
In their place are 2 sketch files. One is the same style tile provided in previous versions; the second is a set of art boards to generate startup images, as well as icons.

• The logo art board actually produces 3 images, 1 vector, 2 pngs - one for apple touch icon, and one for metro tiles.
