A set of Aurelia wrappers for Syncfusion Essential JS 2 for JavaScript

Project Goals:

Use Typescript for all files. Maintain compatibility with Aurelia vCurrent (not vNext at this time). Once vNext is released at 1.0, then update accordingly.
