Provide a clear differentiator between what should go into guides vs the wiki.

Issue mostly revolves around Terminology Guide and MISC BOINC Guides. I feel like both would fit a lot better in the wiki, but afaik there isn't clear documentation that details what should qualify for the wiki vs what qualifies for the guides section.

I would think that everything but the solo, pool, and staking-only guides should be moved to the wiki or to their own pages. The only reason they are there is because they were made before the wiki was created and I haven't moved them yet
