When booting Grml with services=ssh or services=cloud-init,ssh then I'd like to get IP address + SSH information displayed within grml-quickconfig. Maybe we can even provide further cloud(-drive) related information or so (depending on the environment we're running in)?

Also whenever an IP address is available, let's try to display it within grml-quickconfig.
