HTML Docs don't render the body #566

According to the docs the body of an html doc acts like a full template and is supposed to be rendered. I believe that the changes in 0.2.0 and onwards breaks that functionality.

Need to decide if we should add support back in for rendering in the html body or scrap that approach and remove from documentation.
