This fixes #2301. Currently the buffer tracker entry is retained after the call ends, so the number of entries grows without bound as calls are made. This fixes that by freeing up that entry when a call ends. The function call added here already has the desired behavior on this line. I also discard the buffer entries at the same time to maintain consistency between the buffer tracker and the actual buffer.
