Update handlebars dependency

No breaking changes to the compiler interface, however there were breaking changes to output from 1.3 -> 2.0

Not really sure what to do about the tests for this since the output is based on the version. Thoughts?

@dwick Thanks for the PR. What we are going to do is : close some bugs, release a stable version that works for ~1.x, then look for updates to 2.0.

Seems like 2.0 is still in alpha though

What's the suggested work around? Downgrade the handlebars runtime in my build environment?

Thanks for the patch. Saved me from tearing my hair out when I couldn't get the package to work.
