Update FAQ for how to serve static files to the server #227

Adds to the documentation how to enable your watched files to be served to your static filer so and start the Live Reload server to trigger those files.

I definitely want a section about this in the docs. I think the wording in the PR of it is a bit confusing so I haven't merged. Also I think the docs are already too lengthy. I want to move some of these more in depth topics into the wiki with links from the readme. I just haven't gotten around to it yet.
