Hi,
I installed 4.6.2 (2018030700)Moodle 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 version and found such a warning when clicked on the Import/Export tab:
"Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP"
The mentioned warning was shown for the following classes:
MiniXMLDoc
MiniXML
MiniXMLElement
MiniXMLElementComment
MiniXMLElementCData
MiniXMLElementDocType
MiniXMLElementEntity
MiniXMLTreeComponent
MiniXMLNode
