Close #273, downgrade for compatibility. Use 1.0.1 for the waveform lib: fixes jitpack error & build times, same code served.

Note: perhaps an update to the signal-cli-android branch would solve this as suggested by @n8fr8 in #273. In the meantime, this restores Signal functionality to the branch. Review appreciated, cheers
