GuessIt could handle a yml configuration file capable of loading command line options and customizing the behavor of properties guessing.

It could be handy to support a list of hardcoded titles, but it would allow end user to customize more things from property rules, like season/episode key words.

A default configuration file could be provided.

This would help to solve #373 by providing a configurable list of hardcoded names (OSS, 3x3, ...) and #277 (Configurable keywords for seasons).
