What's this client?

This is an updated version of AQLite meant to keep it working post the new AQW changes.

I'm not sure why you would use this as opposed to the official Artix Game Launcher, but nevertheless, it works.

The AQLite Settings Menu has been removed from view, since pretty much all the options are in the new game.swf anyway.

Note : I haven't touched any of the assets in the .fla file. Credits go to 133spider and relevant authorities.

Information

AQLite is a client made for AQWorlds that provides all sorts of Quality of Life tools that have been longed for. With the approach of the new versions of AQWorlds (AQW2 and AQW:Mobile), 133spider released AQLite to help players wait for the forever-waited changes to the game. He is now working for Artix Entertainment as a Developer and mostly does work on the Client. AQLite is open-sourced to assure that there is no account-stealing, or any funny business contained in the client!

Installation

1. Downloading the release :

• Goto this link https://github.com/gulag1337/AQLite/releases
• Click the text that says "Click me for the MEGA link"
• Choose and Download the .zip file according to your Operating System
• Extract the file and run the program (The latest version is Version 17!)

2. If you don't want to download the entire release :

• Simply download the aqlite.swf, open your old AQLite folder, then go to to this folder : resources\app\public\flash.
• Paste your new aqlite.swf in there; thus replacing the old aqlite.swf.

OBS Studio Black Screen

1. Right-click AQLite.exe
2. Go to properties
3. Compatibility tab
4. "Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 8"

5. Hit Apply & OK
6. Restart AQLite if AQLite is already running

Stuck at 0%

Client stuck at 0?

Make sure that the directory that AQLite is in does not contain any accents!

Example of a directory containing accent marks: C:\Users\André\Desktop\AQLite

To fix this issue, put AQLite in your C:\ Drive, or any other directories that do not contain accent marks!

Still stuck at 0%?

1. Delete the folder at: C:\Users\You\AppData\Roaming\AQLite
2. Run AQLite

Accents not an issue?

UPDATE your Adobe Flash Player!

1. Go here: https://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager04.html
2. Edit Location > Add Location
3. Put the location of AQLite

APPLE/MAC USERS: "Browse for files" & "Browse for folder" do NOT work on MAC Computers. You have to manually enter the AQLite folder directory.

4. Confirm & Run AQLite
