Move advanced Stuff from the wizard under "advanced" to own wizard pages #172

Description

Is:
Change balloon dir and selective sync is currently in advanced.

Should:
Make the both as separate startup wizard pages.

Make "Advanced" bigger.

Note maybe it should be on a separate wizard page anyway. The problem ist that special collections like shares are not synced by default and there is no hint for the user that it is so.

With a separate wizard page there could be a hint for that and the user sees that not all collections are selected.
